1General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to the Bagjee platform (https://bagjee.bet) and all its services. Bagjee is an online betting platform providing Sports Betting and gaming services to users in Bangladesh and other countries.

In these terms, "we", "us", or "Bagjee" refers to the company operating the Bagjee platform. "You" or "user" refers to any registered member or visitor to the platform.

Bagjee's services are intended only for those legally eligible to participate in online betting. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your own country. Bagjee does not condone any illegal activity.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on Bagjee, you must meet the following requirements. Please read them carefully before registering.

• You must be at least 18 years old. Bagjee's services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be suspended.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details at registration. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Verification must be completed before registration is finalized. Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Accounts cannot be opened in the name of a corporate or business entity.

3Betting Rules & Regulations

Please read and understand these rules before placing any bets on Bagjee. Following the rules correctly means you won't run into any issues.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except through the cash out option.
• Pre-match bets can be placed up until the match begins. Live betting is available while the match is in progress.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each bet and may vary by market.
• Odds are subject to change. Your bet will be confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes are refunded in full.
• In an accumulator bet, if one event is cancelled, that leg is removed and the remaining selections stay active.
• Bagjee reserves the right to review any bet if suspicious betting activity is detected.

In the event of any betting dispute, the decision of Bagjee's management shall be final. That said, we always review every complaint fairly.

4Payment Policy & Transactions

All transaction-related rules on Bagjee are detailed below. We want every transaction you make to be smooth and secure.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum depends on your account level.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory for large withdrawals.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, Bagjee may place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.
• All funds in accounts linked to money laundering or illegal financial activity will be forfeited.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bagjee keeps its bonus and promotion terms clear and straightforward. Each offer has its own specific conditions, but the general rules are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (generally 5x to 20x).
• All bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address, device, or payment method are not permitted.
• Promotional bonuses must generally be used within 30 days, after which they will expire.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bagjee platform. Violations will result in account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical glitch on the platform.
• Harassing other members or using abusive language.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

7Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Bagjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If suspicious financial activity or potential fraud is detected.
• Upon the user's own self-exclusion request.
• Due to legal obligations.

Any legitimate funds remaining in the account prior to closure will be refunded upon verification. However, bonus funds may be forfeited if the account was closed due to a rule violation.

8Limitation of Liability

Bagjee is not responsible for the following:

• Issues caused by loss of internet connection.
• Failure or delays by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary service disruption due to technical issues.
• Account information leaked due to user negligence.

10Terms Amendment Policy
